Not An Article, A Node-ical

When one thinks perfection, nodes come to mind. I realize that many people have never seen a node, and may not even know what one is. Fore those of you who don’t, I’ll explain. For those who do, bare with me for this next paragraph.
A node. If you have ever played the game Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty for the Playstation 2, then you might know what a node is. A node is a small computer, that when used, can change game options such as how your radar looks, the dual shock setting on your controller, and even sound options. I have provided a picture of a real-life node below. Alright, so now that you know what a node is, I can continue the article.

As I was saying, a node exemplifies perfection in every way, unlike humans. Human beings have flaws -- “Nobody’s perfect..”. While that saying may apply to people, it most certainly does not apply to nodes. Nodes have NO flaws. What I’m trying to say here is that nodes are superior to people. If every human being on earth were to be replaced by a node, there would definitely be a noticeable difference. A difference in the form of improvement. The world would run much smoother. If nodes were to replace humans, then we would truly be living in a “perfect world”. Just imagine...
There would be no crime, no war, and definitely no more world hunger, because nodes do not eat. Think of it, a quiet family of nodes, sitting together at a dinner table, with a non-existent dinner in front of them.

Of course there is a problem. Nodes cannot reproduce...so I guess they do have a flaw. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t still be perfect... because they still are... perfect, that is. I guess the obvious solution to this would be, instead of killing the human race and replacing them with nodes, we would just enslave the human race and replace them with nodes. So now, we have more than enough workers to build nodes by the thousands every day.
Nodes could buy houses and start families, they could go to schools and be educated by other nodes, and they would dominate the sports scene. Somehow we could come up with a way to make them capable of driving automobiles. When you walk down the street, you look to the left and you see a group of nodes playing with a jump rope on the side walk, you then look forward and see a family of nodes in their family car at a red light, and to your right you see one node walking another one on a leash.
Nodes could do more for certain fields than humans would ever be able to do. Nodes could contribute to medicine, environment conservation, education, and even cuisine. Yes, cuisine. I know, I know... nodes don’t eat. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t make delicious foods that will go to waste, does it? Mmm, delicious node.

So, in closing, I would like to wish all nodes the best of luck in their slow but sure take-over of the human race and planet earth. I am now certain that the world will one day be a peaceful and prosperous planet. I look forward to the day when I am brutally murdered and replaced by a node.
